If you want a doctor to HEAR you then Campbell isn't for you. Not good with "Special Needs" people nor is the staff adequate. Most barely have the proper education especially the techs that answer the phone. Although, Amy appears to be more inclined to assist with most issues, the others, not so much.

If you are looking for a doctor that HEARS what you are saying then this is NOT the doctor for you! NONE of the staff listen or are adequate with their positions. The "techs" are barely capable and do not care about you. Same with the techs that answer the phone. Keep looking if you desire a doctor that "listens" to you and will act on it.

I have been seeing Doctor Campbell for about 15 years. He's fantastic clinically with a terrific bedside manner! He is very thorough and knowledgeable and is very easy to talk to. My adult children also see him. He is a GREAT Doctor!

Dr. Campbell is excellent in every way, however, the last several times I had tried to see him, I always am told that he is booked for TWO MONTHS ahead of time, but I can see the PA. Now, his PA is quite good, also, but for visits that need to be scheduled - like. Pre Op authorization- I sure would like to actually find a way to see my PCP - DOCTOR Campbell - again. I have not been able to book an appointment actually with Dr. Campbell, now, for about a year! Not sure how to accomplish that since I usually don’t know over two months ahead of time that I will need his attention.

Dr. Campbell has obviously devoted his life to providing the finest patient care. He is kind and concerned and takes the time to listen without being judgmental. I thank God that I found such a good doctor!

Dr Campbell is very professional, but most importantly, he is kind. So KIND. And I feel he is patient and truly listens to me. He was WONDERFUL with my parents...so wonderful that I wanted him to be my dr.
