I recently had a breast reduction done at VCPS with Dr. Desman. When I initially called to inquire about the procedure, I spoke to Olga and other members of the staff for over an hour, and they took the time to answer all my preliminary questions thoughtfully. They were accommodating with my tight timeline, so I was scheduled and had my surgery fairly quickly. I could not be happier with the results. Throughout the process - preparation, surgery, and follow ups - Dr. Desman and his team were extremely professional, thoughtful, and kind, making sure I felt comfortable and understood what was happening. The team is easy to reach and responds to messages quickly. I recommend VCPS and Dr. Desman without hesitation to anyone interested in a breast reduction or any similar procedure and cannot thank them enough!

Dr. Desman performed my breast reduction surgery in early 2021 and I could not be happier. My DD cups are now the perky B’s I’ve always wanted. Dr. Desman is personable, professional, and his staff is amazing!

I have been thinking about an abdominoplasty for some time and thought that with COVID and working from home, this might be the best time to move forward with the procedure if I was ever going to get it done. I contacted the Virginia Center for Plastic Surgery (I just did a Google search) and had a virtual consultation. Olga, Dr. Desman's patient care coordinator, is friendly, helpful and helps address any anxiety you might have about your procedure. I didn't meet Dr. Desman in-person until my pre-op appointment (two weeks before surgery). I can only describe him as a gentle teddy bear who takes particular interest in understanding your problem areas and addressing your questions. I never felt that he was rushed or impatient. I was also worried that the quote would change after Dr. Desman saw me in person, but I was very pleased this was not the case -- which gave me confidence that he could accurately assess what I needed and there were no "hidden" costs. Post-op recovery has been… very smooth and Dr. Desman has seen me for each of my post-ap appointments to make sure there are no concerns and that I'm healing properly. His entire office, including Gina, his office administrator are extremely friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Desman if you are considering a procedure.

I've enjoyed everything about VCPS form the initial consultation thru the post surgery follow-up. Dr. Desman gave everything he promised without any problems. Recovery was exactly as he stated and expectations were met. I would recommend VCPS to anyone.

The staff at VCPS are wonderful. Dr. Desman is patient and answers all your questions and gives you an honest opinion on whether or not you need any procedure or treatments. He will not try to sell you anything that you do not need.

After losing weight, I was in desperate need of a tummy tuck which Dr. Desman performed early this year. I met with him and his incredible staff pretty much every week for almost two months and every time I went, it was a joy. He was professional and cared about both my pain levels but my comfort levels. He was only ever a call away if I had any questions or concerns and his staff have show such amazing care for me in between. The surgery changed my life in all the best ways and I feel so lucky to have picked him to be my surgeon. The care I received from Dr. Desman and his team made me feel like I had a true support system no matter what. I love my new body and I finally feel the end results of years of weightloss paying off. He's the best, VCPS is the best and I could absolutely see myself returning in the future with any other cosmetic inquiries.

Dr. Desman was beyond rude after he found out that I was having second thoughts about surgery. Excuse me! This is cosmetic surgery, not emergency surgery so I am going to have some questions! Even if I did go ahead with the surgery, it would be with someone else.

I had breast augmentation May 2015, and I was completely satisfied with the entire process. Dr. Desman and his staff were the absolute BEST from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Dr. Desman to my friends and family!

I loved the process from beginning to end! Jennifer helped me through the process completely. I had so much information about my surgery in advance, that I actually called in to pay in full before I even met with the doctor. So my "consultation" appointment turned in to my "pre-op" appointment, and I could not have been any happier about my decision once I met with Dr. Desman himself! the office is great. The staff is great. DR. DESMAN IS GREAT! A true artist at hand. Worth every penny.
