Dr. Epstein is a young, very sharp presentable doctor. After seeing him for about 2 years I changed endos. As others have said, Dr. Epstein is too attached to his laptop that he likes to roll around on a stand. The visits are difficult to get (often months away), usually last a few short minutes that involve the doc asking clinical, emotionless questions, briefly glancing at you until he returns to his laptop to complete his inputting. I'm all for good records, but this doc seems to have a better relationship with his laptop than his patients. He has the making of a good doctor if he would relax more and just speak directly with his patients without making them feel like the 5 minute timer is clicking away on the visit. Staff are like robots for the most part, especially front desk.

Dr. Epstein is very caring and patient. He takes time to answer questions and address concerns. Yes, his dependancy upon his laptop could put some people off, but this is 2012 and he is required to input his clinical notes. I am not the best patient - my diabetes fluctuates, but he takes time to work with me andhelp me get back on track.

Dr. Epstein kept me waiting 50 minutes to see him after waiting almost 5 months to get an appointment. His bedside manner and dismissive attitude left me feeling that he is most definitely the worst doctor I have ever seen. I absolutely would not recommend him.

I am glad I went to see Dr. Epstein recommended by my PCP. I am under his care and things are getting better with my health. He checks my blood tests and manages the amount of medicine I need to take based on the results of the blood tests.

first i would like to say i am very happy to have spent time with Doctor epstein for a visit he has a great personality he is young and very smart gets right to the point and as i read on about him i am very impressed about his background thank you Dr epstein and much luck in your future as a young very smart doctor
