Dr. Eric Lancaster, MD

We have never been treated this way before by a doctor, and we have had lots of experience with major medical institutions. We were well organized for the appointment with lists and dates of symptoms which were outlined for his staff. The doctor came in the last ten minutes of the appointment and did not listen to our concerns. We were talked over and our questions were not answered.

Traveled out of state to see this specialist. He was extremely rude from the start, provided no eye contact, scolded me when I got dates wrong of certain things I had done in the past despite me telling him I short term memory loss. He was robotic in his approach and had no personable ess or caring in my opinion. when I wanted to show him video of what my symptoms looked like, he snidely said "NO, now I'm going to examine you." He doubted every single one of my past diagnoses and the tests that proved them. I felt belittled as a patient and cried after I left his office. I will NEVER go back there again or ever recommend him! Total waste of money, travel and energy!
