I am very grateful to Doctor Eric Lerche for my hip replacement surgery, I am not the type of person to go to the doctor, but my doctor said I needed, A surgeon like Dr. Eric Lerche highly educated, answers all your questions and up to date on the latest procedures with great staff to back him up. I met him after I broke my shoulder a year ago. He did my knee replacement a few weeks ago. He is amazing. A great surgeon and nice person. I felt safe and well cared for. He exudes confidence and kindness. He is competent and made me feel like I was doing the right thing and it was the right thing. I was tired of living with the pain and compromised quality of life.

Dr Lerche is awesome,always answers questions,very professional and very caring.He never rushes you with appointments and explains very thoroughly and most of all he cares about you as a person. I'm a retired orthopedic nurse of 37 years and believe me i was a challenge to him due to fall with dog two weeks after total hip surgery.

Dr. Lerche fixed my husband's broken foot and then he repaired my torn rotator cuff in my shoulder. We are both doing great and are so happy to have had Dr. Lerche as our surgeon. You can tell that he cares about the outcome of his patients.

I went to see Dr. Lerche as a second opinion having some issues from two previous surgeries with a different surgeon. Dr. Lerche took so much time with me, explained things in laments terms, even drew pictures for me to see and understand. He has a great bed side manner, so genuine and confident that he could help. And he did. You would be in great hands to have him care for your situation.
