As a patient for many years I feel like Dr. Theirman ran me out! He is all about " oh I won't charge you for this visit" but in turn does. He is always wanting you to come into the office for everything! Money hungry. Calls and yells at you when you go to immediate care after his RUDE office staff can't get you an appointment! Never will I go here again! He has made my health situation worse than it was before I saw him. Office staff is extremely rude and stuck up and the billing staff is worse! Do not go to this physician.

I first started seeing Dr. Thierman when was practicing in Olean, NY. When he moved his practice to Buffalo, I followed. Not as easy to get there as it was when he was in Olean (now a 60-90min car ride), but I wouldn't trust my health to anyone else. He doesn't talk down to you, like some doctors do, but works with you to make sure you handle what you need to. He's the best!

He is the most kind, compassionate, caring physician that I have ever had. He takes time to REALLY listen to your cares/concerns/symptions, etc and does not leave you guessing at the end of a visit.
