Dr. Austin, herself, is fine. She seems knowledgeable and caring. She listens. Unfortunately, one of Dr. Austin's office workers, Sue, has messed up several of my appointments, either getting the day or the time, or both, wrong. When I have called, Sue becomes defensive and insists that she has not made an error. When I call for an appointment now, if I get Sue, I ask to speak to someone else.

She spent more time interacting and conversing with my son and husband during my exam-which was a little weird. I was in the room and being examined, but she was very nonchalant with me. It was an initial visit so next time I will be going alone and see if it helps. Maybe they were a distraction? That being said, very spunky personality and she has excellent qualifications and ratings and is highly regarded by my family doctor of 25 years. I think that says a lot. Hopefully, it will go better next time.

The office staff here are GREAT. Hardly no wait time. Rooms are a bit stuffy but clean. Dr. Austin is a bit dry towards parents I feel but her care is good. I felt blown off as a parent but my child likes her.
