Yesterday was the second year in a row I've had an experience like this. I sat in the waiting room for 1/2 hour, then a smaller interior waiting room for 20 minutes, then an examination room for another 15 minutes. At this point, the Dr was examining another patient and there was still someone else ahead of me in the room next door. It would have been at least an hour and a half of waiting. I left. It takes a long time even to get an appointment at this practice and the scheduling is not managed well. You aren't welcomed with a smile -- just "Call when you get to the parking garage and we'll let you know if you can come in". "Pearl (i.e. Purell) your hands and take a seat" Finding your way back to the garage is a nightmare if you park on level 3. I don't know how skilled the doctor is, but visiting here is distressing and aggravating. I would drive 50 miles to see someone new before i would go back here. By the way, if they send you a reminder that you are due for an… appointment, don't fill out the form listing the times you are available to be seen. No one will get back to you.

Excellence in Eye Health Dr. Vietorisz has been my ophthalmologist for many years. He has helped me with prescriptions but most importantly with general eye pressure monitoring and a correction procedure. Always done conservatively. Most recently he performed cataract surgery. He guided me with a vision correction lens which allows me to well without the need for my eyeglasses.

Outstanding opthamologist who takes his time to explain each procedure. Very caring man. My recent cataract surgery was a success because of his expertise.

Dr. Vietoriz is an uncommonly skilled, knowledgeable, and meticulous physician who goes the extra mile to ensure that his patients receive the best care possible. His communication skills are outstanding, enabling him to easily explain complex medical information and advise his patients on their best options with unfailing clarity and courtesy. And his entire clinic is staffed by courteous, competent individuals who run his practice like a clock. Highly recommended!
