BEST DOCTOR IVE HAD DURING MY TREATMENT

This doctor was compassionate & truly vested in wanting to help me after I entered office and told her how I went in for Knee Replacement and came out with nerve damage/Chronic Pain. And she felt I was misdiagnosed(she was right, I got re-diagnosed 12 months later). She indicated she would do what she could to help me get pain relief, other than just giving meds... She saw I "wanted my pain situation minimized." She never rushed me while speaking and lent extra time in addressing everything including getting me to a specialist once my issue was beyond her scope. This doctor outstands MANY docs in the Sutter area I visited. Well worth giving her your time. I actually was saddened at last visit, but the doc she referred me to was outstanding as well.

Dr. Tolentino is EXCELLENT, experienced doctor . I'm very pleased with her staff. Melissa, is the office manager, she is very knowledgeable: if you have any questions, she is always there for patients and families. Michelle-Dr. Ts assistant is very energetic and helpful. Kali- is caring and welcoming; Mia- is very kind and helpful.

Dr. Tolentino is very experienced, knowledgeable practitioner. She is attentive, analytical, calm, brave, confident, hardworking and has holistic individual approach to patient care. Moreover, if you need to talk to patients with similar health problems and what helped them , Dr. T will arrange that for you. Even if there is no cure for your health condition, you will feel confident that she tried everything.

Dr. Tolentino is an outstanding doctor. She is very sympathetic about my injury and great at working with me to get the best combination of medicine, physical therapy and, in some cases, emotional support. With her help I Was able to resume a normal life and continue participating in my teaching career. After retirement, I have been able to maintain an active life. It would not have been possible without her compassionate and conscientious attention to my injury and recovery. Hard to think about what sort of future I could face without her.

Does not review chart before seeing you No communication between doctors in office. When I had an problem with insurance to get treatment because medical assistant and authorization person did not send in the correct information to insurance. Then found out is definitely not an patient advocate. Can never get anybody at office to answer phone, so you have to leave an voice mail, and then calls do not get returned. Have to go to my primary doctor now to correct thins.. would not recommend this office.. will be seeking my care elsewhere . Very poorly run practice
