went to this DR for years Dr is caring kind . staff- omg worse ever -ever, rude, condescending! ,badbadbad! changing drs what a shame

I have been seeing Dr. Hrabarchuk for over 27 years. He is consistently kind, compassionate, and he gives me his full attention when I tell him my issues. He discovered my cancer in the early stages, and saved my life. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. He keeps on top of things professionally, but has the manner of an old-fashioned doctor. With him, it is all about the patients.

was refused refill on prescriptions he had given to me. I have a valid diagnosis but because of insurance I have to go through him. Was told a disorder i was born with didn't exist on a blood test that he DID NOT EVEN TEST FOR. was told I'm too young to have pain, anxiety etc. Did not check the injury I had made an apt. for. had to go to ER to be diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff as well as continue treatment for an ongoing issue with anxiety/depression.

As kind as the old timer family doctors, but stays up-to-date with his practice of medicine. His kindness and care are just part of his nature. He's a blessing for all of us in Franklin and the surrounding area.

I like going to see Dr. Hrabarchuk. He has a great bed side manner, never rushes out of the office, usually sees me out. But more importantly he is Very caring, always on top of everything and follows up on things I have going on. I don't know how he remembers everything. Always prescribes me the right treatments, likes to cover all basis, orders diagnostic tests when unsure. My expierience is that he is Very involved with his patiens. As for the staff, love the nurse, for example, I almost walked out of the office without my flu shot, she reminded me as I was on my way out. As for ladies in the reception , they might not always be super warm and all smiles,( which maybe they should be) but they do their job. Over all I am happy with Dr. Hrabarchuk and his team and being his patient for about 10 years now.

The doctor is very caring, but his staff are the most unprofessional group of women. I have been to many offices and this is the worst.

Dr is kind, average rating good for minor problems like step throat etc. However the office staff including a nurse and the answering service and the secretary are unbelievably rude and make the simplest task (such as refilling an inhaler prescription or signing a ppd form for clearance at a new job) much more frustrating and difficult then it had to be. If you choose to go here good luck dealing with these miserable individuals!

Spends plenty of time with you and really listens and shows concern when warranted. Errs towards medicating, even when it may be viral, but likes to cover all bases. Doesn't hesitate to order additional testing when unsure of extent or nature of affliction.
