Worst doctor I've ever interacted with in my life. Does not care about patients. No empathy. No follow up questions. Doesn't even seem like he is trying to help.

Went in as a referral for an ear inspection / cleaning because there was something rolling in my right ear. Looked in my ear for 1 min, said there was nothing there, and then charged me $400. Still have something rolling in my ear and will go to any other doctor to check it out.

The worst doctor I’ve ever met. Really careless and irresponsible. He implied my health condition is all from my imagination, and the abnormal lab test results are ‘completely normal’, because ‘people are different’. All he did was rushing me out without giving any conclusion, suggestion, or treatment. Never met a doctor so unprofessional like him. I don’t usually write reviews but I ‘m so disappointed this time. Try your best to avoid this doctor.

I had seen him three time in the past for the same medical problem. He never provided proper treatment and now the problem got progressed. Very arrogant and ignorant doctor. Try your best to avoid him.

He was very unprofessional in the way he speaks when I went to get treated for my sinus. He does not even know about medications available. All he says is to have the allergies treated by allergist. He was not providing any treatment for my sinus.

He refused to come to hospital. I went urgent care for ear plug broken in my ear. Doctor's at urgent care called him because ent specialist was needed and he was the doctor on call HE REFUSED TO COME. I am suffering with pain. HE DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE S DOCTOR, HE NEED TO BE HUMAN FIRST.

Dr. Kim has a lot of empathy on his patients. I tried many times of Epley Maneuver at home with my husband without success for my BPPV and also tried another ear Dr. without success. He fixed me in one visit. During the procedure, he is encouraging. I am so thankful for him. I would recommend him to my friends. I will bring my son to see him for another problem.

Our grandchildren saw Dr. Kim in consultation. He was good with the kids and carefully explained the options to us. I liked him and would recommend him.
