Dr. Eugene E Saltzberg, MD

I received a carton of braces from First Stop Medical Supply in Florida. I did not order them and set them on the shelf. Then I learned from my supplemental insurance report that Medicare had been billed for them and they paid. My supplemental also paid. I have never met Dr Saltzberg. He is part of a fraud.

Dr. Saltzberg, if he's even real, has aligned himself with a scam operation that unknowingly prescribes patients with prescriptions they don't need in an attempt to steal money from insurance companies.

Not certain that this doctor ever existed. If so, TLC Oxygen and Medical Supply out of Tarpon Springs, FL. Medicare got billed $2500 for medical supplies evidently ordered by Dr. Eugene E Saltzberg. I never saw a doctor with that name and never requested medical items from him nor did I receive any items. I just noticed the charge was listed on my Medicare statement. Medicare PAID the bill without verifying the validity of this claim! STUPID! Medicare has failed again. I can only imagine how many other falsified claims Medicare has paid. When I called them to let them know about it, they said I have to try to resolve this with the fraudulent company 1st. Are you kidding me?

RESCEIVED 3 BRACES FROM A COMPANY THAT SAID THIS MD ORDERED THEM. WE NEVER SAW THIS MD THIS WAS FRAUD
