Immediately after a scope, I was experiencing severe throat/mouth pain. They did recommend cloriseptic spray as well as benadryl in case of an allergic reaction to the throat numbing spray given prior to the procedure. However after 4 days and still no improvement, I’m told they can’t help me because it’s “not related” to the procedure I had. Pretty big coincidence I guess.

Not sure if he should have a license. Gene doesn't listen at all, condescending, cocky, won't be back to this very unprofessional clown.

Cattle call waiting room. 19 other people at my appointment time also. Refuses to code correctly in order for insurance to pay. Will not use again since stuck with large bill.

Still waiting firm diagnosis after 2 full days. Came in this morning to review procedure results in a big hurry, rude and jumped down my throat when asked a question. While question may have been stupid to him it was not to me after sitting up all night in ccu with my father.

Dr. Young is a willing and responsive listener. I had my questions and Dr. Young answered each and was not in a hurry to prescribe medication and I am pleased with that attitude. I have seen Dr. Young for two colonoscopies and tomorrow will be another colonoscopy. Dr. Young will be on time and professional. .
