Dr. Eugene Menendez, DO, FACP

Dr. Menendez has been my doctor since he began his practice in Pompano Beach. He has to best bedside manner and genuinely demonstrates that he cares for me health.

Love, love, love Dr. Menendez. He has been our family doctor ever since the office opened in Pompano Beach. He is caring and attentive. My mother was cared by him for many years. He speaks both English and Spanish which was a plus for my mom. Doctor is an amazing young doctor with great good old fashioned manners.

All of the glowing reviews on here are right. I had the good fortune of "discovering" Dr. Menendez 4 years ago and have never been dissatisfied with any aspect of my visits there. Dr. Menendez is completely committed to providing quality humanitarian care to his patients. That's just who he is. I don't think he could do otherwise even if he wanted to. Thoughtful, respectful, patient, unhurried. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. I've also had the opportunity to be seen by his P.A, Christiane, as recently as yesterday, and she is just as impressive. I have as much confidence in her as I do in Dr. Menendez and I don't hesitate to see her if the doctor is unavailable. I also have nothing but praise for every member of the staff that I've had contact with: assistants, technicians, office staff... they are ALL pleasant, helpful, understanding, efficient and professional. I could keep writing about how good this office is, but I'm growing older by the minute and I have to move on.

I have been a patient here for several years, Doc E is patient, kind, competent and truly the best!!! His staff are great, Nurse Maureen is efficient and professional, office associate Lisa is also awesome. There always seems to be a problem with the office receptionist who is quite disrespectful and insensitive to patients. In my opinion she needs to be reviewed or receive some patient treatment classes. Otherwise wonderful medical practice. The main problem in this very busy office is the wait time; to be attended, usually takes up to 20 minutes in the office waiting room followed by another up to 15 minutes inside the patient's cubicle room. Of course there is also low tolerance for patients who arrive a few minutes after the appointment scheduled time. all in all a great medical Physician and practice. I would recommend a new patient visit to Dr. Eugenio Menendez.

He is caring and love his profession. Takes care of his patient like they were his own family and ask the same treatment from his employees. Everybody is amazing over there.

Dr. Menendez has been our family doctor for several years now. Since the day he came into the Pompano Beach area we became his patients. My mother was his patient for several years until her golden age of 101 and he always found time to talk with her and explain the issues with such calmness. His is kind, professional and so very caring. I too am a patient for quite some time. I have referred him to many of my friends, coworkers, neighbors and family members. Everyone I have referred- love him! The staff is nice and welcoming. Sometimes it's tough reaching the office but if you are patient, you will get a call back. If you are looking for a great doctor, it is worth making your appointment with Dr. Menendez. His staff needs a little polishing but they are nice and learning.

I’ve been using Dr.Menendez for a little less than two years , he is knowledgeable, caring and takes his time to answer my questions and addresses all of my medical concerns . I need multiple referrals throughout the year , I’ve bever had a problem getting them. For the most part the office staff has been great ( not perfect) however better than most . I highly recommend this Dr. and office !

Dr. Menendez and his complete staff are the best when it comes to every aspect of the medical field these days.. Dr. Menendez has the most perfect bedside manner and his staff from the from check in window to refferals, nurses, PA, etc.are the most caring. All are outstanding and, caring and take time with you in a Manner most patients are not use to seeing or have not see until they go see Dr. Menendez. He listens, cares and will give you the best medical experience you would expect from a.doctor.. he's a doctor who cares about his patients, most Drs nowadays don't. It's not only a pleasure to see and talk to him but his staff rocks.. love, care and compassion by Dr. Menendez as well as his staff.. The whole office treats you like family..

I've seen Dr. Menendez several times now, mostly for routine or minor concerns and have always been pleased both with the doctor and his staff. Then, I called for an appointment for a potentially serious, though not urgent, matter and was given an appointment for the following day. As usual, Dr. Menendez saw me on time and devoted that time patiently in addressing my dilemma. He is a serious-minded young man who is genuinely interested in his patients' well-being and has never given any indication that anything is on his mind other than the purpose of my visits. As a senior citizen I've seen quite a few doctors over the years including specialists as well as primary care and he is simply the best I've been to. I have complete confidence in his judgment. His staff has always been pleasant and professional as well, from the receptionists to his assistants to the young ladies who draw blood in the lab. I've always been treated with respect and with the kind of attention one expects in a… doctor's office.

One hand doesn't know what the other one is doing, and instead of fixing the problem they just keep apologizing for one another. Needless to say, we are moving our entire family along with our friends to a doctor that has his staff inline with what he/she is doing. The doctor was on point, but that only helps you so much if your staff is total CHAOS.
