Dr. Eve Judith Lowenstein, MD

I went to see Dr. Lowinstein about my rosacea. I waited in the office an hour just terrible. I saw her for about 10 minutes. Everything I showed her she said live with it. I believe she has to get to the next office at a certain time which is in Oceanside, I went to the Long Beach office. I needed a prescription for the rosacea. Had a very hard time getting it probably 5 to 6 phone calls definitely no help from her. She could’ve emailed my insurance company saying that I needed it instead she got on the phone and in a very strong tone said to me what do you want me to do about it my response was I want you to get the prescription that never happened so I found a very nice pharmacy and he filled it for me from a compound pharmacy. Very very poor customer service very disappointed your doctor should be there to help you not that you have to figure it out yourself would never use her again.

Rude, insulting and wrong.

The rudest Dr. i have ever seen! Is very abrupt & did not give me the time of day when asking a question, she might just as well have said, shut up and do as i say. i will never go to her again and would never recommend her. If you have to wait 30 min - one hour to see someone they could at least give you some curtesy.
