The office went through a complete overhaul when dr ford retired.he will be missed the office staff that are gone will not be missed ignorant is an understatement . Andy is the only reason my wife and I stayed and now We are glad we did. The office with sue are very friendly .

Truly going to miss Dr. Ford. My family and I were so upset when we received word that he was retiring. He was the first doctor to spend so much time with us. A lot of doctors in the past treated us like worthless customers as opposed to patients they care about. He actually spent a lot of time with me trying to get to the root of my symtoms that most other doctors overlooked and disregarded due to my age. He showed care, concern, and empathy. Unfortunately, we were still trying sort things out when he left. I agree with a previous review. I'm afraid I will not find a doctor as compassionate.

Doctor Ford is very knowledgeable and I am impressed that no matter what I asked about he knew all about it. He is very thorough and very caring. I am deeply saddened that he is leaving and feel sure I won't find another doctor who will measure up.

Office staff sucks. I tried to make an appointment for diabetes. First question like I'm a drug adict - are you on any meds for pain. I'm on a muscle relaxant, which is not now or ever was considered a controlled substance. She said he doesn't perscribe controlled meds like xanex or flexaril. I was not allowed to talk to someone more knowledgable. The staff person that I talked to was rude and I did not get an appointment. I felt like she was accusing me of something. I hung up on her. Not everyone is a drug abuser,she's rude and ignortant, I can only think the the doctor has the same rudeness problem, since he instructs his staff to be rude and judgemental.

Extremely rude office staff. His wife works in the office and tells patients that he has policy of not calling his patients. Says policy is patient has to tell office staff their issue. The office staff will confer with him and the office staff will call the patient back and tell them what he said. Says it's because she wants to get him out of the office to get home to his kids. Too ridiculous to believe? That's what I would have thought so too if I didn't hear it with my own ears. He is actually a nice guy, but what good is it if you're only allowed to deal with his snooty, immature wife and nasty secretary everytime you need your doctor. No concern or respect for the patients that pay her bills and her rude secretary's salary. Don't marry a doctor if you can't handle it.

Dr Ford & Andy Spend a lot of time listening to their patients problem. However the Phone Scheduler does not react the same every time you call to make an appointment or to get information meet your exceptions for a refill on a new prescription "she" can be 'short" tries to cut you off while failing to listen to the patient! Answers can be curt or you get the feeling that your bothering her as her agenda is more important than yours the patient!Definitely now what you expect as the Physician is so good at listening and caring about the patient!

Dr. Ford and Andy are both really good at their jobs. I came on as a new patient with lots of issues and they were able to resolve each issue one by one. Today I feel much healthier and trust them completely. I highly recommend Dr. Ford as a primary physician.
