Dr. Felicia Renae Bentley, MD

I worked for Dr. Bentley and she very disrespectful and doesn’t genuinely care for her patients, it’s about money and status. She Frequently cancels appointments at the last minute and was very abusive to Tiffany.

That office staff is horrible. I would give them less than a one just for that. They rescheduled my appt 3 times in a row for a one year visit! On the third time I declined to reschedule and asked if it was worth rescheduling. I was told “I can’t make you reschedule.” I said “Is there something going on?” and she said “she had a family emergency. She is human and things come up.” I love Dr Bentley as a person and a doc, but her office staff make her look so bad there is no way I can keep going there.

I had Dr Bentley over a year now her staff is rude not professional at all she like to cancel her appointment the day of I haven't saw her over three months and today she cancel again time for me to find another doctor

Dr. Bentley is an excellent physician and an overall wonderful person. She takes care of your illness and treats you like a human being.

The experience with Dr. Bentley was very good. However, since the first appointment I have had to speak with the office assistant, Tiffany, several times. Tiffany is extremely rude and unprofessional in the manner with which she speaks to patients. This has occurred three times on phone conversations.
