Dr. Frank Salvatore Ciminello, MD

Dr. Ciminello and his office staff changed my life for the better. I came to them for help with abdominal reconstruction after a massive hernia. It was a long, multi-step process, with lots of insurance challenges. The office staff was so kind and efficient - handling everything so professionally. Dr. Ciminello is incredibly talented and wise. I have some unusual allergic responses and sensitivities, and he not only was careful about them, he was a strong advocate for my safety and comfort in the hospital as well. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Dr. Ciminello and his team - and the results have been life-changing for me. I will forever be grateful.

Excellent, skillful, compassionate - these are the words I use to describe Dr. Ciminello. My six year old daughter needed surgery on her face. As a mother, I was distraught and anxious. Dr. Ciminello reassured me that everything would be alright and it has been. He did a wonderful job on my child. I am so grateful to him and his caring staff. She recovered quickly with great results. I highly recommend him!

I was diagnosed with a Chondrosarcoma attached to my right scapula requiring extensive surgery. I was operated on by a team of doctors and nurses at Hackensack Meridian Hospital of which Dr Ciminello was the reconstructive surgeon on the team. I am 7 weeks post surgery today and the work that Dr C performed is outstanding. 86 staples to close and you can barely see the scar. Today I saw the Orthopedic doctor and he was commenting on the work done by Dr C. Thank you Sir, you are an excellent surgeon and a fine gentleman. Your surgical staff and office staff were a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

Just one word..terrible

I was sent to Dr. Ciminello after my Mohs surgery (had previous consultation with) by Dr. Quan. I had no nose left on the right side of my face. Dr. Ciminello discussed the options with me and decided to take skin graft from my shoulder to repair cancer damage to my nose. At first, I looked monstrous but as the healing process progressed, it began to look much better. I was told it would take a year to heal, I must say, it looks absolutely a lot better. Dr. Ciminello did some additional repair surgery so my nose would look more normal, it does. Everyone who see's me says I look great and Dr. Ciminello did a fabulous job, even Dr's Quan and Weiss(my cosmetic doctor). I want to thank Dr. Ciminello for doing a fabulous repair surgery on my face. I would not hesitate to see him again. George Takach Fair Lawn, NJ

I had done an ear implant by this doctor and he never showed me any pictures of how the ear will look like. Not happy with the results. After 5 years of having the ear put in, my ear started to get infected. He said that we should try to save the ear instead of taking it out cause taking it out would require 5 hours of surgery and hospitalized ( this is what he told my husband, sister and brother in law). The procedure was not successful so we had to take the ear out. The day I had appt. Asked him how long it would be " stated - only an hour and no need to be hospotalized" and then he asked me Why?He is definitely not a good doctor. He is a liar and money hungry. Wish I could have gone for a 2nd opinion before trusting his words. DO NOT TRUST this doctor.
