Frank M D'Alessandro, MD

I have been a patient for about 15 years. I have always left the office feeling I had been given the best possible care. No matter who I was assigned to, Mark, Elizabeth, Fred, or Dr. D have always listened to my concerns and addressed them. I know Dr. D doesn't see all the patients (that would be impossible), but I know he is on hand to guide the NP with the out of the ordinary concerns and complaints.

I have been a patient of Lincoln Urgent Care Frank D'Alessandro for over a year and I've never even met the guy .. which makes me wonder why is his name on my insurance card ? is that even legal ????. every visit I've gone to he has pawned me off to his nurse practitioner ( MARK CLARK ) I have no idea how this guy got a license to practice medicine he is the most ignorant nurse I have ever met yes he's a ( NURSE ) but yet he sees doctor dellasandro'sg patience as if he was a doctor.. my opinion trust me stay away from these 2 knuckleheads!!!

staff has no bed side manner over heard them talking poorly about another patient

patient appts are over booked, and the Dr is literally running out the exam room door while you are still talking to him, have been with him 17 years and he has no idea who I am.

I've been a patient of Dr. D for about six years. He is an exceptional doctor who is personable, accommodating and is an excellent diagnostician. His staff follows his lead and is friendly (Fred is humorous) and efficient.
