Office staff friendly and appointment taken on time. Dr Li seems competent but cleanliness and procedures leave much to be desired. Lenses on equipment dusty as well as tops of equipment. dirty tissues left on table on patient side. No protective paper strips on chin rest or for forehead and evidence they aren't cleaned between patients. Hand washing not performed between consult and actual eye exam even though handling of eyelids were done. No dilation done before testing which I thought was unusual. Did provide new prescription that varied widely from one a month earlier, perhaps since vision issues made focusing for testing very difficult. Did offer "eyelid cleaning" for additional charge, similar to add on new car dealer charges for protection packages. Won't be going back.
