Have gone to this office for 30 yrs. +; however, last 5-8 yrs. only seen by nurse practioners. Wait time is always over 45 min. to l hr. or more. Do like Dr. but never able to get appointment with him. Office now has new "drug agreement" that must be signed an kept in records... you agree to not see any other practioner or get meds from more than listed pharmacy or you will be dropped from the practice. Pain meds for chronic conditions that have documented history are increasingly harder to obtain. Patients are viewed as drug seekers automatically. Is something new happening out there? It is certainly affecting the way this office does business.

Office manager decides who and when you see as well as YOUR MEDS and FOLLOW up if she likes you that is ( she has NO medical Degree) . She happens to be the Doctors wife. My experiencee included a VERY high turn over rate in Nurse practitionerss and partner MDs. VERY BAD OFFICE help and records.

Office and doctor are very helpful and compassionate. Dr. Ridge understands medicine and how to take care of patients!
