Doctor promised they would consult with specialists also seeing my Mother. Two weeks later there was no follow up. When we complained everyone pointed the finger at the St. Vincent Geriatric Practice Mananger. We called her. We did not receive a response.Excellent doctor very poor practice administration.

Dr. Good's office is borderline competent. All her billing goes through St. Vincent Hospital billing office, which neglects to send out a bill until AFTER they have notified a collection agency that the bill is overdue. In addition, God help you if you should get sick on a night or weekend. The only advice from her answering machine is "call 911." no referral number. While there is an excellent nurse practitioner in the office, she is badly overworked, being the only nurse working for 3 physicians. Further, my impression of Dr. Good's diagnostic skills was that they were tenuous at best.
