This doctor loves to offer his patients a wide array of narcotics; as a nurse, I have dealt with many of his patients who left our rehabilitation facitlity, without our doctors advice, because they had 'much better pains meds at home' prescribed by Dr. Dixon. A middle aged man with moderate back pain is prescribed morphine 30 mg twice daily and oxycodone 15 mg four times daily- oh, and gabapentin 900mg times times daily. This person- like so many other patients of Dr. Dixon's are now addicts; possibly the reason for such good reviews from patients. This man should not have a physicians license; he should be in jail.

Doctor Dixon has been my dr for 16 years or longer. He truly is the best . I am blessed to have him . Be honest and open with dr Dixon he doesn't judge you , he treats you as a person . He knows my body better then i do very accurate 99.9 % of the time. The ladies who are in that office are wonderful and get you in a,s,a.p and return your calls after speaking with Doctor Dixon . I have never found a more experienced, knowledgeable, and caring DR.. If I could still be a patient of his, I would'nt think twice. But due to some mis-information, and interpretation, things did not work out, But I plan on trying to resolve the matter, so that I can continue treatment there if possible.
