The staff needs training, they need to learn how to treat people in person and over the phone. You never get your results from tests performed and you wait forever in the waiting room.

The Doctor is excellent, its his staff that is horrible. There has been several changes in staff, most are unable to understand and communicate with you. They do not follow up to messages, or phone call request, you have to call back over & over to get anything accomplished. Very poor, and I would change my primary care just becasue of the front desk operations, or lack of.
