Dr. Phelan is GREAT!! He gets to the root of your problems right away because he takes the time to ask you all the right questions. He doesn't just send you off for testing this and that before he knows exactly what he's looking for. That's because he talks to you and doesn't rush you out of the his office. I have seen many other doctors whom I will not go back to. Dr. Phelan is wonderful and I have recommended him to many of my friends!!
