Dr. Eapen is a sweet, kind, and caring doctor. I was not ever unhappy with his care. However, his office staff and specifically his assistant, contributed to my decision to leave this practice. My phone calls often went unanswered and when I did speak to Abbie (his assistant), she was rude, impatient and overall unpleasant. I will miss Dr. Eapen but not all of the stress that went along with receiving assistance in his office.
