When a patient calls they need to follow up, and do so at the number requested. Not wait a week and a half to call you back, if you're calling it's for a reason. Not act like you are wasting their time.

Give this Doc a pass... His office staff is rude, he is intolerant of your opinion and thinks he walks on water... Has no ability to work with you on your care...
