Was recommended to see him for my constant shoulder pain from rotator cuff sprain. Extremely experienced, knowledgeable, very skilled and confident. He is direct, to the point, explains things clearly, and within the week that I began OT , the pain in my shoulder was incredibly better. He had immediately assured me that I would not need surgery, administered the corticosteroid shot into my shoulder bursa. and provided education what to do going further on in my life. I highly recommend him to anybody who has shoulder or hand issues.

Scheduling was easy, staff very helpful, Dr. Gabel is very thorough, no regrets being seen here....

Dr Gabel is experienced and did the correct diagnosis on my de quervain's tenosynovitis, and he also took actions immediately by giving the steroid shots and provided very useful advice on using the right type of braces and strict guidelines on avoiding using both hands for a few days and no more than 5lb load. It slowly recovers to the right direction, and he provided all the necessary information without reservation. Just hope he spends more time but he has a lot of patients and this is adequate.

My Post Op visit with Dr. Gabel was very positive. Stitches removed and healing is progressing. I truly appreciate the explanations and continued care instructions. Thank you!

Dr. Gabel was absolutely amazing! His compassion and bedside manner made all the difference in my traumatic experience. He was so sensitive to my pain and that meant everythingto me! He thoroughly explained the procedure from start to finish of resetting my finger, he ordered x-rays again once my cast was set to make sure everything was in alignment and he told me what to do during the healing process. His assistant Brian and x-ray tech Cindy were also wonderful, what a team! I felt so blessed to be treated by a team of compassionate and caring medical personnel. Dr. Gabel was exceptional! I thoroughly checked Dr. Gabel's credentials and peer reviewed works prior to comming to his care. He has a sterling reputation with other doctors. As it turns out I knew Girard 43 years ago when he worked for my grandfather. Grand Dad hired him as a carpenter because he worked harder than anyone and was more skilled. Girard worked his way through Medical School where he excelled. Girard has truly accomplished the "American Dream". Girard has earned it. He did an excellent job mending the two breaks in my wrist. It was painless and I am regainging my strength every day with heavy weights. Thank-you Dr. Girard.
