Excellent provider Ive seen him for about 10 yrs.He is always respectfull,talks to you so that you could understand doesnt hesitate to order the appropriate labs,or procedures whether your young or old,if it means making you feel more at ease.Highly recommend.

Dr. Guba is a great doctor, but he needs to improve his staff. I have been sick for a long time, when I request a refill it takes them 2,3,4,5 days to get it back to the pharmacy. Dr Guba has told me to let them know and tell him about my case and they don't. When you need the medication, you can't get it, so in turn you illness is prolonged and untreated. Please advise.

I don't have a problem with Dr. Guba - He is great. But you are ill and you need medication the clerks take their sweet time and as a patient that's the last thing you need. Refilling prescriptions takes 2 or more days, which is crazy. I have learned t

Some staff is friendly. Was given an appointment time of 11am and asked to arrive a half hour prior to fill out paperwork prior to appt. Entered exam room at 12:15 and doctor arrived at 12:30, consultation lasted 10 minutes, exam was 5 minutes. Doctor talked more than I did and was quick to refer me to another doctor. Would not recommend.
