Dr. Thomas Glenn Pait, MD

Went for appointment looking at my MRI Dr. Pait said I needed surgery or I’m going to die. That the fluid was going to keep building up in my brain so we talk about surgery. My husband didn’t want any student working on me just certify doctors only. His attitude change and told us we need to go to Baptist’s for Neurosurgeon. I told him I wanted him to do it. Now he say he don’t feel comfortable on doing the surgery and assign me to someone else. He also had a bad attitude and don’t like to be corrected.

He had his mind already made up let that sink in...

I originally had an appointment a year ago with him and I got cancelled on.I in the meantime wait and end up seeing another Dr for pain management at UAMS ! I ended up in the ER because of weakness in my legs and nerve issues,the ER had an MRI done and got me an expedited appointment and that's the only way I was going to get in! They were concerned about the MRI findings,that is why o was to be seen ASAP! Not only did I wait for over an hour to be graged with his presence,he totally blew me off about what was going on with my neck!!!! He spent exactly 3 minutes with me and said you don't need surgery! I wasn't looking for surgery nor was I expecting to be blown off either! Never took the time to explain what was found in the MRI and acted if he was in a hurry! Guess I won't be back using him!

Dr Pait exceeded my expectations!! I do not regret using him whatsoever!! He is an EXCELLENT surgeon and great with talking to you about what all you need to know and takes his time with you! I had a lot of nerve compression and pars defect with spondylolisthesis and had lots of problems before surgery and I could instantly tell a huge difference as soon as I woke up from surgery and 5 days post op feels like I didn’t have surgery! I couldn’t have picked a better surgeon! I’m so thankful I ran across dr pait, I would 100% recommend him 1,000,000 times!! I truly think of him as a miracle worker I never thought I would be out of pain but he truly changed my life and I can tell it’s only going to get better from here!! Thank you so much Dr Pait for taking your time with me and doing such an amazing job I couldn’t be more grateful for you!! I wish they gave 10 stars instead of 5 because he truly truly deserves it!!

Dr. Pait is a great doctor I’ve seen him only two times but he is very funny and gets straight to the point! The only downfall is that it’s hard to get calls back from the team but under the circumstances I understand! I don’t live in Little Rock so it’s a long drive there I just wish after testing they would call with the results instead of having us make a trip back up there:( I’ve been recommended for surgery but still have to go back for more testing and still haven’t gotten called back for an appointment quite yet but it’s only been a few weeks so nothing to complain about! But other than that I have no complaints! Dr. Pait and his staff are all so sweet and dr. Pait has a good sense of humor that I love! I would recommend him as a doctor but keep in mind that they have troubles getting back to you quick but if you’re okay with that he’s the perfect doctor!

He is very straight forward most impressed by the fact that he PERSONNALLY called me and discussed all his findings and recommendations. I am scheduled for surgery Friday I will follow up after that.....

2 months after all test and results are in and 5 months getting and appt. I still don't have a date for my surgery. I call several times a week and send emails on My Chart with only one response. This is very painful waiting period for me. And at this moment I am very disappointed in every one at this office except Ms Betty. If you don't have time for your patient's why take on new ones??

Very$$$$$$ oriented. Very malicious. No ethics whatsoevr. Needs further training.

After a logging accident in 2003 in which a tree hit me in the back and bursted the lowest vertabra, Dr. Pait installed a replacement cage that he invented. In 2007 Dr. Pait operated on my spinal column to remove a bone spur next to my spinal cord. Yes I give Dr. Pait 4 stars, 10 stars if there were that many to give. I trust Dr. Pait fully. With Dr. Pait and God on your side you have a winning team.
