Dr Kritzer always communicates well and listens to our concerns. His staff and the entire department is organized and efficient and friendly.

Dr. Kritzer is nice enough, but not great with listening. I always feel like I'm getting the bum's rush and he just wants me to listen and keep my mouth shut. I have never had him arrange or suggest a follow up appointment. Follow up is all on you. He is accessible when you insist, considering he is a busy doctor. He doesn't remember who I am from appointment to appointment. Don't bother to ask him about alternative therapies. My condition improved more from naturopathic therapies than his drugs. His drugs made me feel much worse. From day one, he recommended invasive procedures.
