DR. FRANKLIN IS SUCH A FANTASTIC SURGEON. HE HAS A WONDERFUL BEDSIDE MANNER AND IS SO VERY RE-ASSURING. HE IS CERTAINLY A "GOD-SEND" TO THIS AREA IN W.VA. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. FRANKLIN TO ANYONE SEEKING ASSISTANCE FOR A TROUBLING UROLOGIC CONDITION!

Dr. Franklin has a good manner with patients, is knowledgable and compassionate. He's been treating me for bladder cancer and I feel lucky to have found him.

Dr. Franklin is down to earth and explains what's wrong and how he's going to address the problem in plain English. He takes time to answer all your questions and not make you feel rushed. The office staff is efficient and friendly.

Great bedside manner, ease to talk to, great in explainging any medical problem or condition. Recently moved about 180 miles from Fairmont but continue to see Dr. Franklin. Would Highly recommend
