If this practice would actually listen to their patients, instead of lumping all of them into one category of "usually" and it is just "viral" or this is "common," they wouldn't loose so many of their patients and their reputation would not be so tarnished. My daughter was an individual with an individual issue. She was 9 months old and he wanted to put steroids onto her body to cover up a rash instead of finding out what it was. So lazy.
