February 21st, 2012Dr.Gregory Colon, excellent family PCP
Dr. Colon has been my PCP for over 23 years, and because I have many disabilities, I also have many specialists, but the great thing is Dr. Colon keeps up with specialists Reports, Labs and Findings so its always easy to keep my conditions in every day needs like scripts in good status without having to constantly go back and see specialist. However his office staff expecially front desk has a tendancy to be sloppy with message taking and getting back to client. They are often rude and blunt if you dont agree with what they are saying, this exludes Lisa his MA, she is a gem as well Dr. Colon would do better with a small office and 1 MA and 1 receptionist where he is in CONTROL OF HOW IS PATIENTS ARE TREATED OUTSIDE OF SOME OFFICE MGMT POLICIES THAT IS NOT EQUAL TO HIS MANNER AND CONDUCT OF PATIENT CARE.I unfortuneately can not see Dr. Colon any longer for his office administrator sent us a letter saying that our insurance is late in paying them so they cant accept us any longer, however if you call the office they still except this insurance and further more wont let us speak directly with Dr. Colon to get done to facts of what IS REALLY GOING ON.SO BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE COMPLEXITIES THE OFFICE STAFF MIGHT AXE YOU FOR NO REAL REASON!!!!
