He is completely dismissive and has no interest in being a partner with patient healthcare. He is condescending unwilling to work together with his patients to get them the care that they need.

Very difficult to get a hold of and get appointments with. Absolutely doesn’t care about your well-being. Treats patients with no empathy or care .

Went to see Dr Rubin 2 weeks ago for first time ever. He was very thorough and confident and he completely fixed my problem that I had been self-treating for months. Very direct and personable. I highly recommend!

I think Dr. Rubin is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. He consistently takes his time to diagnose the problem, and always finds out exactly what's wrong, whether it's with me or my husband. Several times I've seen other doctors first and they've misdiagnosed me, so I now only trust Dr. Rubin.

Dr. Ruben didn't really seem to care about my medical condition, in fact, it seemed as though I was bothering by going to him to get it checked out. He downplayed how severe it was and essentially told me I was exaggerating. This was after he got into a shouting match with another patient in the adjoining room for some reason. I will not go with Dr. Ruben again.
