Waiting time in the office is just like every office when it becomes busy. However, their office enviroment is very pleasant between the staff, television, and water that's available.

1) the office personnel is horrible, don't do their jobs, wait in line for one who is sending you to another line.2) the doctor is not experienced and he'll scare you and send to another one. why not going directly to the good one?3) they forget about your insurance and will bill you. the bill has no description other than they want your money.
