She is an excellent doctor. Took her time, treated me with respect. I saw a doctor in Rancho Cucamonga and overall that experience was horrible. Dr.Bui is amazing. Front desk is very friendly also polite and show compassion and have everything set.

Waited a month for a new patient office visit. Waited for 70 minutes in a dirty small waiting room to be seen Has a relative in office selling hearing aids, convenience vs conflict

I have been going to Dr. Bui for many years and I always appreciate the time she spends with me. I have had allergies for many years and I have them under much better control since I have been seeing her. I highly recommend Dr. Bui.

I have Menieres disease and call in the morning and can have an apt the same day if the doctor is in or they will fit me in the very next day the doctor is in.Wonderful caring staff.

I took my son in to see Dr. Bui and she was very friendly with him. We just got back today from having tubes placed in his ears. She was very knowledgeable and helped us with all of our questions. She was very friendly. I would definitely recommend her. After the surgery was complete she provided him with a goodie bag (sidewalk chalk, coloring book, crayons, book, ear putty). I was really impressed that a doctor would take the time to do something like that. My son really likes her.

Dr. Bui diagnosed my problem and made a follow up appointment to perform the procedure needed. She is a very caring person, but I do not see her anymore because of my HMO. She is not in my group.

Dr. Bui does not spend time with me. They collected my co-pay and she sees me about one minute and levave the office

she didn't even spend time with me or even examine my ears for a thorough diagnosis. She just said there's no hope for my case and all she did was take ear wax out and the bill was $300 that the insurance didn't pay! I would never go back to her again!
