Dr. Haddad accused me of doctor shopping and said he received a letter from my insurance company. His office staff called me while I was driving and stated that fact, and said Dr. Haddad would not see me again. He did not let me explain anything. My husband contacted the insurance co. and had a 3 way conversation with both Express Scripts and Anthem. They both denied sending that type of letter and saw nothing inappropriate with my medications. After many months of thinking about it, I contacted the hospital asking for an apology from him. I would not and never thought of suing him or his staff. But he denied everything I said and sent me a letter by registered mail informing me he would no longer see me.

Although the wait was a little long, I felt he listened well, asked good questions, and overall understood my health concerns. His professional manner was warm and reassuring.
