Dr. Harry Hernandez, DO

I started to see doctor Hernandez 14 years ago and sadly you can see the different , staff is rude, waiting time way to long ( once I waited over an hour to check out and it was only when I asked the lady in the front desk that she even Care to tell me oh yeah you can leave we will call you for the referral ) soo upsetting , plus they are very bad refilling prescriptions , I used to be able to schedule with him not anymore is a np now and a different one everytime the only reason I go there is because is literarily 2 minutes from my home and I only go 1 or twice a year for my check ups and refills for my tyroid medicine but I if I feel sick I just go to med clinic stead , latetly I can see service decline they never call you with lab results you actually need to keep calling, we are changing doctors because of the poor service and the waiting time ( schedule at 1 lucky you get to see the np at 3p plus another hr to check out ) no ty is sad because they used to be better.

Brought my elderly mother in to the new building on fm 78 Alamo osteo staff is all new, i had to ask what was going on 1153 Why???

I’m new to insurance and I don’t have a network in SA if trusted physicians. I found Dr. H.Hernandez, D.O. through a friend. The only complaint was how busy the office was, but it’s peak allergy season. Dr. Eric Hunke is awesome. I felt completely at ease during the exam. I came for allergy help, but he gave me WAY more information concerning my overall health and many suggestions for continued care. I appreciated how the cost was shown to me, and how I was able to weigh multiple treatment options, choosing what worked for my budget. Thank you to the whole office. I heard they had 5 new patients while I was in their office - they were very busy. This practice can be trusted and they make you feel safe.

I have been a patient of Dr. Harry and his brother- Dr. Richard for many years. They are knowledgeable, caring and respectful physicians. IMO, Dr. Harry Hernandez has a calling not only as a doctor but an educator. He educates interns, - not many other doctors are willing to do that. (Some of these interns really seem slow!) That being said, the wait time to see him is long. His appointments fill up fast, almost impossible to see him without one. He has a big heart for the community he grew up in. Doctors like The Hernandez' are rare and hard to come by. I highly recommend them. I trust them and hope God gives them many more years to come!

Does Dr Harry have sexuall encounters with some of his patients ? I have heard he did.

Parents saw him for 6mo until I noticed he does not care one bit for his patients. This physician needs to be investigated for Fraud! Also, he speaks very poorly of his patients the community he services

Dr. Harry is an excellent doctor. He cares about his patients. He is a busy doctor and sometimes the wait time in his offices are long. I have no complaints- he is quick to apologize for the wait times or miscommunication- which happens with the busier larger practices.

FM 78 location has the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. I have to say that from reading all the other reviews I am not the only one who feels this way.
