Waited nearly two hours to see the doctor he was unapologetic the rest of the staff was friendly.

The staff consistently loses paperwork. Paying by credit card for copay is no guarantee you won't be billed later. If there are questions about billing practices, either nobody returns phone calls or staff simply hangs up on you.The doctor wants to see as many patients as possible and will not spend time listening or trying to fully diagnose. He wrote a prescription for a medication and dosage that literally doesn't exist- it took a month of my and the pharmacy's trying to get his office to respond to resolve the issue (during which time I had no medication). I demanded to be compensated for his wasting my time and after two weeks of "thinking about it" I was told it would never happen. I asked for my records according to California law and his office never bothered to respond.
