I saw Dr. Tannas for hearing loss. He was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose my problem, and provide immediate relief the same say with a non-invasive procedure. I also found both him and his staff personable and caring. I am now a regular patient, and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT.

Without getting into specifics, the woman taking my blood pressure spent more time with me than Dr. Tannas did. He did not diagnose an infection that I "knew" I had and did not seem invested in my as a patient. I explained my symptoms and he seemed dismissive. A follow up appt. w/ a second doctor was much more productive.

Do not go to Dr. Tannis! Went to him and he told me my hearing was fine and my prosthetic bone did not move at all. Went to Dr. Santos at mass eye and ear and ended up getting surgery because my prosthetic fell into my ear drum. Horrible doctor!!! Do not waste your time going to him. Can’t believe he even is qualified to be a doctor.

Was in his office for a total of 2 minutes and he did not listen to any of my concerns or answer any question I had. I grew up having many issues that lead to hearing lost and he tried to tell me everything was fine and my hearing actually improved when my main reason for going was it is decreasing drastically. Do not waste your time going to him. Going back to Mass eye and ear which I should of done in the first place since everyone there is awesome!

He did not knock when coming in, mumbled, not friendly, didn’t explain what he was doing, and seemed miserable. He should find another line of work.

I love Harvard Vanguard, but this was my worse experience ever. He just doesn't seem to care and did not explain anything. I'm scurrying to find another ENT asap due to seriousness of the issue.

He had nothing to say and I had to pry information out of him. Didn't seem to care at all. Was there all of maybe 5 minutes and left feeling frustrated. I've always had good experiences with Harvard Vanguard, but this was terrible.

Great doc, he discovered I had a sinus growth and did the tests and will do the surgery. Very efficient!
