September 23rd, 2010Outstanding Results - Excellent Manner
Dr. Milne is a caring, attentive doctor with sincere concern for his patients. He is reassuring and comforting with concerns and is precise in his explanation of procedures and expectations of the outcome of surgery. His follow up after the surgery was outstanding. I wore glasses with my contacts for years and now am able to read print from across the room. I thank God for such a caring, knowledgable and experienced doctor.

Dr. Milne' specialty is lens replacement. He tells everyone that they will have 20/20 vision after his surgery. It costs $3,500. per eye. After the surgery, he has you read an eye chart. He tells his patients that they scored 20/20 even when they don't. He also tells patients pre-op that if they don't see 20/20, he will "tweak" the replacement. Post-op he tells you that you have to wear glasses to make up for not being 20/20.Dr. Milne is not ethical but he claims to be a great Christian. He always ends a conversation with "God bless". He's the worst.
