Dr. Novack was unusually thorough and kind and spent a lot of time going over my history and answering my questions. He takes the history by asking the questions himself rather than having the patient fill out the form in the waiting room, allowing for more interaction and for him to uncover something I might have thought irrelevant. When with me, I never felt that he was rushed or thinking of other patients. I really appreciated it.

Inefficient and RUDE office assistant. Rarely answers phone and when she does, on hold forever. NO FOLLOW UP and doctor doesn't receive messages if not an emergency. Excellent reason to change doctors.
