I have been to the Mt. Kisco office twice. Both times it was an emergency and I was told to come as soon as I could get there.The staff makes you feel comfortable.Dr. Charles is very caring and professional. Both times my diagnosis was correct,and my examination very thorough. I would recommend Dr. Charles!

I have never been so comfortable with a doctor. It was the first time in my life that I had a major problem and was given an immediate appointment. That was four years ago. He still watches over me as though I was a newborn baby. He is caring, kind, thorough, the best Vitreoretinal specialist.
