Waited 11 months for an appointment to see Dr Cheng. He spent 7 minutes with me. An Intern spent about 30 minutes with me and an assistant spent another 15 minutes with me. The Intern said she would talk to Dr Cheng about my history and then come in and talk to me and I am sure that didn't happen. Cheng didn't know a thing about me. Did not ask me one question. Didn't sit down didn't appear to have the time to care. What a waste of time.
