Overall, my experience regarding the care Dr. Wong provided was very good. He showed concern, was affable, answered all my questions and even anticipated a couple concerns I had and addressed these concerns, too. Above all, he did not give me any reason to think he was less than very competent and caring. His complete explanation concerning my problem could have been a bit more in-depth--not a serious criticism.

This guy and his staffs take advance of the patient because they can not speak English. He and his staffs are all very rude. No manner at all! what is worse is that: he won't even bother to answer questions nor explain patients situation.My dad went to a eye check up with him, he made my dad's eye very uncomfortable. He will never go back to him.Later on, one of my dad's friend told him never do the cataract surgery with this doctor: She did the cataract surgery with Hubert Wong on her right eye, she regretted about it for life! - the eye with the cataract surgery pretty much go blind for life! Asian Health Services always refer this eye specialist to their patients, that is why a lot of people who do not know English still go to see him even though they had lots of complains to him. I really feel sorry for them.

Horrible doctor!Very rude staff. My uncle did the cataract surgery with him on the right eye, and his eye almost go blind after the surgery.Never do cataract surgery with this guy.

This doctor lacks the basic communication skills. It doesn't seem like he wants to talk to his patients at all. The patients have had very negative experience. He needs to show some respect to his patients. Also, following up work was insufficient.

I don`t recommand if you`re young Chinese and you want to speak Cantonese.My mom has cataract so we want to get more information about it. We talked to her family doctor, her office refer to Dr Wong

He is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He spends about two minutes max with each patient and takes advantage of his patient because they cannot speak English. He not only have no patience he also have the worst manner EVER. Doctors of any type should offer a comfortable environment for his patience but he makes everyone very uncomfortable with his rudeness.
