My grandmother went to see Dr. Ilya Kulinsky a year ago, he prescribed her new medication that was supposed to help unclog her blood vessels. May add here my grandmother was already pretty week but no he decided that the strong dose of this med will be perfect for her. Right after she took this dose, she started feeling burning pain in the back of her head, which was followed with crazy stomach pain. She called Dr. Kulinsky to tell him her symptoms and you know what he said It means this medication is WORKING, KEEP ON TAKING IT. And he won` t be able to see her soon, because he is going on vacation. Are you kidding me He is lucky I wasn`t the one talking to him. Here is when we went to emergency room, and guess what this medication made here body dispose a stonethat non of us even knew she had. I guess it is good we found out she had it in her system but at what price, she was in an agony pain and to this days she has problems with her blood pressurewhich started right after this incident. Please stay away from Dr. Ilya Kulinsky, he is incompetent and the worse thing he doesn`t care of his patients. He is taking advantage of older non English speaking sick patients. I think his license to practice medicine should be taken away from him for good.
