 |  Dr.Pop Recommendation  |  show details
by A Special Girl on Apr 29th, 2013

I would most certainly, without a single doubt recommend Dr.Pop to anyone who is seeking help. He is very experienced in listening, analyzing and assessing your symptoms in order to make a firm diagnosis. His presence is very comforting also. He may be very brief at times, but that's how doctors are. He is very knowledgable when he is explaining your condition and seeks the cause of it to find a solution.

I was admitted to the hospital on March 15 2013 for a possible ulser, after a endocospy it revealed i didnot have a ulser. My doctor while admitted to the hospital recommened Mr. Pop ( i refuse to concider him a MD) because I was possibly dealing with a stress isssue. Mr Pop after speaking with me for less then 30min diagnosed me Bi-Polar and prescribed me Ativan and sobaxon. Me trusting in him as a Md he claims to be took his advice and took the meds that night while still admitted. That night my blood pressure droped to a very dangerous level and so did my heart rate I felt as if I was dieing that night The hospital did what they could to stabalize me and by the next day i was better but still in a serious condition when my doctor came to see me that day and went over the record Mr Pops had presrcibe me dangerous amounts of meds I didnt even need. I called Mr Pop to meet with me at my hospital room after explaining to him the terror i went threw the night prior Mr Pop got VERY rude and disrepectful he would not even speak to me anymore then turned towards verbaly attacking my wife. He asked for his buisness card back that he gave use the day prior and stormed out after I ask him if its common for him to diagonse people with bi-polar 30 min after first meeting them. Ive been correctly diagnosed with gastroitis and feeling much better it has only been 2 days since my horrible experiance with this man. I wish i would have read the reviews or just used common sense.

Mar 2nd, 2010

Dr. Pop saw my Father in the hospital. He was very rude to me. Very opinionated and would not let me speak. He made a text book diagnosis of my Dad which was totally wrong. He had never seen my dad before and I feel should not have made a text book diagnosis by not knowing my Father or asking the family about him. I questioned the medication he gave my Dad and Dr. Pop rudely in my dad's room scolded me as if I were a child and said he is off the case. I was glad he left. He did nothing for my father but make him worse. One should listen to those that know the patient before deciding what drugs they should be one.

 |  Beware of having your own opinion  |  show details
Jun 11th, 2009

Do not attempt to give this man your opinion of anything. He only goes "by the book", and if you attempt to deviate from that, he will become extremely rude. I actually saw him stick his finger in someone's face and reprimand them. What kind of doctor is this?
