I saw this psychiatrist on a daily basis during a hospital. She was cold, difficult to understand with her accent and very condescending. After my stay, I received $3000+ bills from the hospital itself as well as her company, Keystone Mental Health. It appears as though she charged her services through the hospital AND again through her billing company. I've been trying to get clarification, but there is no phone number for her company, Keystone MH. After paying them monthly for a year I've received no ongoing bill detailing a diminishing balance and there is NO phone number for Keystone. Appears she's content to continue taking my money forever, as I don't know when the balance will be paid in full since she's not sending me a statement and I can't get a hold of her office. This is a very unprofessional doctor, to say the least, but this is the level of service you get when you're hospitalized with good insurance.
