My grandson was a preemie and a friend recommended Dr. Tenney and he was close to the house so we thought it would be a perfect fit. We have not had good results dealing with Dr. Tenney's office, we have had to have prescriptions called in several times before they are actually received by the pharmacy and one of the times was over the weekend so we had to go to the emergency room or let him suffer until the following Monday. They either don't update the chart while you are there or the staff doesn't know how to read them because when we call they never have the information we were given at the appt. in the chart so nobody ever knows what we are talking about. For example we called for them to call in a re-fill and they said it had never been prescribed for him and it wasn't in the chart. If it's a refill it had to have been provided or he wouldn't have it, after waiting 2 days for someone to call us back we called again and got someone that was able to help. We are very concerned because he was a preemie but we don't get any care or concern from the doctors or the staff at Dr. Tenney's office.
